They also provide a Chocolate Key, information on which brands of chocolate the magazine uses for their recipes. As even the same type of chocolate can differ from brand to brand, this is essential in attempting to duplicate the recipes. Even better, Chocolatier uses common national brands such as Hershey’s, Baker’s, and Nestle; so you know you will be able to reproduce their desserts.
Aside from the photography—which is excellent and gives you an idea of what the finished product should look like, each featured recipe is rated in terms of chocolate chips.

Each issue is packed with recipes—mostly of the chocolate nature but occasionally one might run across a fruit tart or a pecan pie; perhaps it’s to add a little variety to the magazine. In
